Conservation: between 1º and 3ºC.

Ingredients: COD(Gadus Morhua)(71%), extra virgin olive oil and natural smoke.

Characteristics: Wild cod weighing more than 8 kg from Iceland, Norway and Denmark. It is recommended to taste it at room temperature.
