Management and the Quality Department set this policy, commit to its development and implementation, to updating it periodically, and to monitoring compliance in order to demonstrate the continuous improvement of its processes. To this end, it undertakes to:
Allocate the human, technical, physical and financial resources necessary for the planning, execution, evaluation and continuous improvement of processes related to food quality and safety from the selection, development and delivery of a product that meets the current and future needs of the customer and consumer, thus helping to increase their level of satisfaction with our products and services.
Implement all necessary measures to comply with current legislation and regulations, as well as with our customer’s specifications in terms of quality, food safety and the environment.
Ensure that the staff is familiar with the Quality Policy and with quality system documentation through their distribution and management.
Develop a policy of continuous improvement for the entire organisation and for the Food Quality and Safety Management System.
Be environmentally friendly.
Maintain interactive communication and ongoing training for staff and process managers to strengthen the quality and food safety management system through proposals for improving both staff (the heart of our company) and customers, in order to create strengthened, reliable systems and standardised processes.
