Preservation: between 1º and 3ºC
Ingredients: Cod (Gadus Morhua), salt, sugar, olive oil, pepper and natural smoke
Characteristics: wild cod from Island, Norway and Denmark. Special to serve finely cut or in cubes, with a base of natural grated tomato and a dribble of oil.
