Ingredients: SALMON (Salmo salar)(87%), dressing ((12%): gherkin, caper (contains SULPHITES), Perrins sauce, Dijon MUSTARD, extra virgin olive oil, Tabasco, parsley), salt, sugar, pepper and natural smoke.
Characteristics: farmed salmon of more than 12 Kg. The entire elaboration process is carried out the traditional way, so in the cutting phase the bones are removed by hand, one by one.
This product is cut by hand. All the ingredients are selected to be combined with fried egg or egg yolk so to taste an exquisite combination.
