Marinated salmon cubes

Preservation: between 1º and 3ºC
Ingredients: Norwegian salmon, salt, sugar, pine nuts, green cardamom, olive oil, pepper and natural smoke
Characteristics: Farmed Norwegian salmon of more than 12 Kg. The entire elaboration process is carried out the traditional way, so in the cutting phase the bones are removed by hand, one by one.
The salmon cubes are cut by hand and marinated with green cardamom and pine nuts. It is a differentiated way of eating salmon and the most recommended by us.
