Marinated smoked salmon cubes
Origin: Norway, Faroe Islands, Scotland.
Format: Vacuum packed.
Shelf life: 25 days from time of packaging.
Preservation: between 1º and 3ºC
Ingredients: SALMON (Salmo salar)(98%), extra virgin olive oil, pine nuts, green cardamom, salt, sugar, black pepper and natural smoke.
Characteristics: Farmed salmon of more than 12 Kg. The entire elaboration process is carried out the traditional way, so in the cutting phase the bones are removed by hand, one by one.
The salmon cubes are cut by hand and marinated with green cardamom and pine nuts. It is a differentiated way of eating salmon and the most recommended by us.
