Ingredients: Potato (98%), smoked extra virgin olive oil (1%), Sichuan pepper and salt.

Characteristics: fresh season potatoes, preserved in salt, oil and pepper. The ideal garnish for Carpier’s smoked meats, or to taste on its own, in salads or heated in bain-marie.
