Preservation: between 1º and 3ºC

Ingredients: Quail thighs, cava vinegar, garlic, bay leaves, olive oil, salt, sugar, sweet red paprika, black pepper, thyme, rosemary and natural smoke

Characteristics: thighs of quails from the region of Lleida, smoked, marinated, pickled and preserved. We recommend eating heated in bain-marie for 5 minutes.
