Preservation: Between 1ºC and 3ºC

Ingredients: MONKFISH liver(Lophius piscatorius)(99%), malt whisky, salt, sugar, black pepper and natural smoke.

Characteristics: smoked monkfish liver from the Northern seas. Special for cold aperitifs and in cubes.
