Format: 8 pieces (approximately 100g)

Shelf life: 60 days

Preservation: between 1º and 3ºC

Ingredients: salmon cheeks, smoked oil and natural smoke

Characteristics: Cheeks of farmed Norwegian salmon of more than 12 Kg. It is the dewlap of the salmon, whit a totally jelly-like texture.
Ideal to have fried in a small casserole dish with garlic and a chilli pepper, or in batter.
