Format: Vacuum packed.
Best before: 30 days from time of packaging.
Preservation: Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place.
Ingredients: Skin of smoked SALMON (Salmo salar), (SALMON, salt, sugar and natural smoke), sweet red paprika and VINEGAR (white wine vinegar, maltodextrin. Contains SULPHITES).
Characteristics: salmon skin chips dehydrated to fry in extra virgin olive oil and smoked.
