Smoked salmon fillet with nori seaweed

Format: Vacuum packed.
Shelf life: 25 days from time of packaging.
Preservation: between 1º and 3ºC
Ingredients: SALMON Salmo salar)(98%), nori seaweed (1%), salt, sugar and natural smoke.
Characteristics: farmed salmon of more than 12 Kg. The entire elaboration process is carried out the traditional way, so in the cutting phase the bones are removed by hand, one by one.
The salmon filet is prepared unseasoned or with all types of marinates, and it can be pre-cut or sliced.
