Smoked salmon fillet with dill and truffle
Origin: Norway, Faroe Islands, Scotland.
Format: Vacuum packed. Whole or pre-sliced.
Shelf life: 5 days from time of packaging.
Preservation: Between 1º and 3ºC.
Ingredients: SALMON (Salmo salar)(98%), salt, sugar, lemon, black truffle (0.1%), dill (0.2%), extra virgin olive oil, truffle oil, pepper and natural smoke.
Characteristics: farmed Norwegian salmon of more than 12 Kg. The entire elaboration process is carried out the traditional way, so in the cutting phase the bones are removed by hand, one by one.
The salmon filet is prepared unseasoned or with all types of marinates, and it can be pre-cut or sliced.
