Ingredients: Barbels of SALMÓN (Salmo salar), extra virgin olive oil, salt and natural smoke.
Characteristics: Cheeks of farmed Norwegian salmon of more than 12 Kg. It is the dewlap of the salmon, whit a totally jelly-like texture.
Ideal to have fried in a small casserole dish with garlic and a chilli pepper, or in batter.
