Salmon filet with gin tonic
Format: 3 kg (whole or pre-cut) / 1/2 piece (whole or pre-cut)
Shelf life: 25 days
Preservation: between 1º and 3ºC
Ingredients: Norwegian salmon, salt, sugar, gin, lime skin, juniper berries and natural smoke
Characteristics: farmed Norwegian salmon of more than 12 Kg. The entire elaboration process is carried out the traditional way, so in the cutting phase the bones are removed by hand, one by one.
The salmon filet is prepared unseasoned or with all types of marinates, and it can be pre-cut or sliced.
